How to Become a Resident

  1. Contact our Sales & Marketing Department at (802) 388-1220 to arrange for an appointment and site tour.
  2. Obtain a Priority Number by completing the Wait List Agreement and mailing a deposit of $2,500 to: The Lodge at Otter Creek, 350 Lodge Road, Middlebury, VT 05753
  3. Complete the Application for Residency packet, including financial and medical Information forms, which will be mailed to you a few months prior to move-in.
  4. Review Residency Agreement and Resident Handbook which will be given to you prior to residency and write down any questions.
  5. Set up an appointment with the Director of Sales & Marketing to sign Residency Agreements. At this time, the security deposit and first month's rent are due.
  6. Set your move-in date and welcome to The Lodge at Otter Creek!
