Monthly Fees

The monthly fee covers all of your basic living expenses except long distance telephone. The fee includes meals (2 or 3 daily) and weekly housekeeping-depending on level or residency, as well as transportation, activities, and use of the common space amenities such as indoor pool and fitness center. The Shores Residential Care and The Haven Memory Care Center residents also receive personal assistance based on their care plan.

A $2,500 Reservation Deposit will hold a unit for up to thirty (30) days, or may be used as a Wait List Deposit. Upon move in this becomes a one time Community Fee.
